Sometimes,
Love is a horrid thing.
It can lead you into a darkness you could never imagine.
Send your life,
Spiraling downward.
Uncontrollably till you hit the bottom.
Then what?

It can pull you from the darkness which purges through your soul.
It will let you know you can survive most anything.
It can show you what you’re good at
It can show you what to resist.
Sometimes,
Love is knowledge.
It can prevent you from falling back down.
It can show you a darkness in others.
It can unmask human nature.
Sometimes,
Love is funny.
The person you thought was your heart,
Could be your downfall.
The person you barely know,
Can be your source of light.
Your best friend,
Can be everything you've ever wanted.
Everything you've ever needed.
